Took Ed’s class last week. Great value and super education on how to properly smoke a wide variety of meats and other useful tips. Just tried smoking a chicken last night and our dinner fiends could hardly get over how good it was. Ed’d class opened a whole new world to me in cooking. I’ve bragged about the class to several–Look out Ed…lots of folks want to come hear from you!

Took Ed’s class today, 4/7/13. Now I know why the food I was smoking turned out poorly. Ed taught me how to smoke correctly. I learned so much about BBQ and smoking. I am now a much more confident and knowledgeable food smoker. I can’t wait to try out the different things I learned.

The class was fun and the food was great. You try food out throughout the class, and he serves you lunch.

Ed’s a great teacher. He’s a natural in front of people. The class was totally worth it.

I just purchased one of Ed’s BBQ class on groupon. I’m having troubles finding classes through the groupon schedule. Could you send me your March 2013 schedule.

Had a great day. All peple involved were very cool and laid back. Ed has a great sense of humor. All the food is to die for. Great hints to make your BBQing better. Highly recommended. Oh and his sauce is good as well as his beef rub

I took this class yesterday(3-3-13)in Palo Alto and just wanted to say thanks again to Ed & his staff for a great class! The mango habanero sauce had the perfect amount of sweet & heat. I missed out on buying a bottle (cash only/no atm) so Ed if your out there, let me know where you will be next so I can pick up a bottle. Brisket was awesome as was the 3 min tri-tip technique. Thanks again Ed and see you in Santa Clara in June.

  7. Cynthia and Steve Hibbard says:

He has come out of the class with new found education and tips on smoking and BBQ’ing that he can not wait to get outside and fire up the smoker. Thank you to Big Ed’s Buzzard BBQ for educating us on the art of outdoor cooking.” -As posted on Yelp.com
